Note for Y2012

I feel deeply gulity for not being as attentive as I used to be when it comes to updating my blog.

Times flies and things are different now that I have offically entered the working society. True enough, people ain't as nice as you hope they will be. Reality is as real as it can gets.

I don't know honestly, if its just this advertising industry that's taking up all my energy. My energy level seems to have dropped significantly! When I was with my previous agenecy, I used to be able to hang out late and still have all the energy in the world the next day for work.

I hope to refine my previous blog entry and have proper documentation of my activities. Refocusing on my personal life is my secondary aim. Year 2011 has been a year of failure, with me putting an end to two relationships and etc.

A new quote to share with all concerned friends and curious passerby, "Advertising is my dream. Violin is my hobby. DotA is my comfort." Nothing much really change really. I supposed what I fancy will remain unchanged.

Xmas Meetup with the Lecturers!

One of the lecturers warn me against joining a bigger advertising agency in future as there is very bad catfights, hardwork, stress and I may lose myself though a pack of lies. I don't know what I'll get into, but hearing those words of advice only excites me more to take up the challenge, to see if I can FIGHT, SURVIVE and be STRONGER.

THE FIRST STEP

All the more I must be serious in my work. If I can't handle what's before me now, I won't be able to find my stage. I want to be closer to my dreams. Then all the meaning in my life will be gone.

I feel the need to blog tonight. Because of such strong feelings coming over me. Let me list them down.

1. I was personally invited to an alumni gathering by Ms Lena Yeo, my IMC lecturer in poly and one of my most highly regard lecturer too.

2. I actually knocked off on time. Yes, at 6pm!!

3. I went to the gym with Joney and ran more than him on the threadmill!

4. My team has won the free Starcruise trip!!!

5. Result released! Bagged that distinction that I want for Advertising (Campaign Planning)
